Bootstrap Placeholder

Invoices UI is moving out of Streamlit.

This page is the first deployment checkpoint for the new frontend. It proves the new source repo, container image, Forgejo CI pipeline, and GitOps delivery path before authentication and application logic land.

What exists now Static HTML placeholder only, served from the new invoices-ui repo.

What comes next A lightweight TypeScript frontend with real Keycloak auth, API integration, and feature parity with the current invoices workflow.
